At Muli Collection, we want you to love every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed return slip provided during the initiation process.

Ship the Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
